Description of Service
Daily Heardle is a free, browser-based music guessing game. Audio clips are sourced from SoundCloud and are short previews used for the purpose of the game only. We do not host, redistribute, or offer full-length tracks for download or streaming.
Intellectual Property
All song titles, artist names, and audio recordings remain the property of their respective copyright holders. Daily Heardle is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Spotify, Apple, SoundCloud, or any record label. The use of short audio previews falls under fair use for the purpose of commentary and education in the context of a music quiz.
User Conduct
You agree not to use Daily Heardle for any unlawful purpose, attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the site, or interfere with its normal operation. Automated access (bots, scrapers) is prohibited without prior written consent.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Daily Heardle is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that audio previews will always be available. SoundCloud content may be removed by uploaders at any time.
